Job summary

EverDriven Technologies LLC is seeking an Account Manager to serve the Southern California territory in a remote capacity. The role requires regular travel to support customers and service providers within assigned markets and to stay responsive during business hours.

You will collaborate with school districts, transportation providers, and parents to ensure safe and timely transport of students while improving service quality and controlling costs. Fluency in Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• Experience in transportation/operations a plus.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work with diverse groups of customers and providers.
• Ability to multitask and solve problems.

Responsibilities

• Support our transportation services across the Southern California territory.
• Escalate daily challenges or service deficiencies with care.
• Assist in recruiting, vetting, and credentialing service providers.
• Oversee field operations including client start-ups and retention.
• Improve safety, efficiency, and effectiveness of the transportation system.
• Liaise between EverDriven and clients to provide guidance and feedback.
• Maintain safe environment for passengers, contractors, and public by following policies.
• Monitor local transportation to ensure contract performance.
• Develop open communication with contractors, officials, and agency staff.
• Document provider information, operations, and safety inspections.
• Follow safety rules set by regulatory bodies and contracts.
• Handle HIPAA-compliant access to ePHI as needed.
