Ladders is seeking an Account Manager Post-Acute Wound Healing Specialist for a remote US-based role. You will collaborate with clinicians and prescribers to drive product adoption, ensure safe use, and streamline reimbursement processes across assigned accounts.

Responsibilities include consultative product education, bedside support, and building lasting relationships with clinical and economic stakeholders. A track record of meeting sales quotas and MS Office proficiency are required.

Formación

• Bachelor's Degree or higher with 2 years of sales and/or clinical experience.
• High School Diploma/GED with 4 years of sales and/or clinical experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Current, valid Driver's License.
• Proven track record of sales quota and target attainment.

Responsabilidades

• Consult with clinicians on the safe and effective use of products.
• Provide outpatient bedside support for product placement and dressing changes.
• Drive sustainable business growth through account and territory management.
• Identify and solve customer financial and clinical priorities.
• Educate clinicians on products, including in-servicing.
• Partner with prescribers to initiate therapy orders and secure billing documentation.
• Build and maintain relationships with key clinical and economic stakeholders.
