Job summary

Solventum is hiring an Account Manager Post-Acute Wound Healing Specialist in Asheville, NC. You will consult with clinicians on product use, provide bedside support, and drive account growth while managing territory and reimbursement considerations.

The role requires a sales/clincal background, CRM experience (Salesforce), and a valid driver's license, with field travel up to 20% and relocation support possible.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher AND 2 years of sales and/or clinical experience OR High School Diploma/GED with 4 years sales and/or clinical experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Power Point, Outlook).
• Current, valid Driver’s License.
• Proven track record of sales quota & target attainment.
• Prior wound care, medical device, or DME sales/clinical experience.

Responsibilities

• Routinely consulting with clinicians on safe and effective use of Solventum products.
• Providing outpatient bedside support for product placement and dressing changes to ensure effective therapy use.
• Delivering sustainable business growth based on sales targets through account and territory management.
• Identifying and solving customer financial & clinical priorities.
• Educating clinicians on the safe and effective use of Solventum products, including inservicing.
