Curtiss-Wright Corporation is recruiting an Account Manager for New Nuclear to drive bookings by building strong customer relationships and coordinating across units to deliver multi-year contracts. The role requires deep knowledge of New Nuclear markets and the ability to lead negotiations with developers and EPC firms.

Remote work is supported with travel to customer sites as needed, and compensation includes a salary plus bonus.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university; engineering degree preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in nuclear sales/related roles.
• Willingness to travel two weeks per month; US export-control eligibility.

• Engage with stakeholders to develop and negotiate complex, multi-year contracts.
• Identify customer needs and coordinate Curtiss-Wright resources to create customized solutions.
• Drive sales strategies to increase orders, scope, and profitability.
• Contribute to marketing and commercial strategies to expand market presence.
• Maintain regular communication with executive leadership on account progress.
• Develop winning bid strategies and lead negotiations.
• Support proposal development and approvals.
• Update CRM tools and present opportunities for forecasts.
