Job summary

Westinghouse is seeking an Account Executive for Bruce Power, supporting the strategic growth and development of the customer relationship. You will work at the Director level, guiding opportunities, proposals, and negotiations to maximize revenue and long-term asset value.

You will report to the Regional Vice President and be assigned to our Port Elgin, Ontario, Canada office. This position will be offered as a remote role with preference for those within reasonable commuting distance of Bruce

Qualifications

• 10+ years in nuclear plant engineering, project mgmt, business development, or related leadership roles.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related technical discipline. Advanced degree is a plus.
• Experience managing strategic customer relationships in nuclear or highly regulated industries.
• Experience with proposals, contracts, risk assessments and CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute account growth strategy for Bruce Power, driving pipeline, orders, revenue and customer satisfaction.
• Build relationships with senior utility executives and identify opportunities aligned with business objectives.
• Lead account planning, opportunity identification, proposal development, risk assessments and commercial negotiations.
• Provide executive oversight to ensure contract commitments, quality, safety and delivery objectives.
• Coordinate executive engagements and maintain accurate CRM records.
