Job summary

Curtiss-Wright Corporation is seeking a Nuclear Sales Account Manager to drive growth from the EST team in The Netherlands. This role focuses on developing new nuclear accounts and expanding ROI on key existing accounts with a global footprint.

You will lead multi-level sales efforts, deliver compelling demonstrations, and collaborate with the Bid and Proposals team. Expect up to 50% travel and strong interaction with international clients.

Qualifications

• 10 years of business development success, including dealing with global accounts within power generation.
• Knowledge of nuclear power plant design, operation, regulation, and maintenance practices.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and willingness to engage on a tactical level, conducting product demonstrations.
• Degree within an Engineering discipline preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop sales strategies to maximize market penetration.
• Meet or exceed targets in a specific geographic area or account.
• Provide sales support to Bid and Proposals team and serve as communication conduit with end-user customers.
• Review market analyses to determine customer needs, price schedules, and discount rates.
• Identify objectives and action plans to improve short- and long-term sales and earnings.
• Deliver sales presentations and demonstrations to key clients, negotiate and close deals.
• Meet with clients and lead customer interfaces to recommend capture strategies.
• Maintain relationships with customers and communicate development updates regularly.
• May manage a team of sales representatives and track bookings and design wins.
• Travel on average 50% of the time; multi-week international travel.
