You will act as the primary contact, manage existing accounts, and cultivate new opportunities across the assigned territory while ensuring high quality, on-time delivery and customer satisfaction. The role requires up to 75% travel, including occasional weekends, with strong skills in consultative selling, proposal development, and CRM management to forecast demand and close

Qualifications

• BS in Engineering or equivalent in Nuclear industry.
• 5 years proven consultative selling and negotiation success in pump/motor related products or equivalent.
• Ability to read & interpret engineering drawings, standards, specifications, and proposals.
• Expected travel up to 75% yearly.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage sales cycle to meet HTI objectives and travel up to 75%.
• Promote value-added services to customers at all stages of the selling cycle.
• Forecast customer activity and support maintenance/spares decisions.
• Develop and present PowerPoint proposals and conduct factory tours.
• Track sales in CRM and manage quote pipeline to closure.
• Maintain industry and competitor market intelligence for accounts.
• Identify differentiators through market knowledge and competitors.
• Submit territory reports and communicate travel plans to Sales Director.
