Graymont Limited is seeking an Account Manager for the Eastern Region with a strong background in industrial and chemical product sales. The role is remote from Pennsylvania with substantial travel (30%–50%) across the US and North America.

The successful candidate will manage existing accounts, develop new opportunities, and collaborate with marketing, operations, logistics, and finance to drive growth while providing technical support and negotiating contracts to achieve profitability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or chemistry or related technical field
• 10+ years of sales experience in industrial markets
• Strong technical/chemical knowledge with problem solving
• Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Willingness to travel 30–50% in US and across North America

Responsibilities

• Apply technical and chemical knowledge to lime industry to optimize client accounts
• Lead strategic account planning and develop mutual objectives
• Maintain relationships with clients at various levels including senior management
• Collaborate with service, marketing, operations, logistics and finance to identify growth opportunities
• Negotiate pricing and contract terms to meet profitability goals
• Provide technical support on product use and handling; coordinate with plant personnel
• Understand lime market dynamics and challenges; contribute to forecasts
• Support credit on overdue accounts and collections
