Job summary

Graymont is seeking an Account Manager to support its Western Region in driving commercial excellence across strategic customers in mining and construction materials. This remote role reports to the Director, Sales & Distribution Western Region and requires building long‑term relationships while executing pricing, contracts, forecasting, and account plans.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years in industrial markets, strong negotiation skills, and experience leading cross‑functional teams

Qualifications

• Minimum five years in industrial, mining, or related B2B roles.
• Proven ability to develop strategic account plans.
• Experience negotiating contracts and responding to RFPs.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration across operations, legal, finance.

Responsibilities

• Drive commercial excellence through pricing, forecasting, and account planning.
• Lead strategic account plans identifying growth opportunities.
• Negotiate pricing, contracts, and renewals with customers.
• Coordinate responses to RFPs/RFQs with internal stakeholders.
• Build relationships with procurement, operations, and leadership.
• Maintain an active pipeline with forecasts and market intelligence.
• Support budgets, operating plans, and market assessments.
