Job summary

Stanley Black & Decker is seeking an Account Manager for the Central Florida region, with remote work near Gainesville, Jacksonville, or Orlando. You will lead sales growth, manage budgets, and build relationships with dealers across SBD brands.

The role requires 3 years in industrial sales, a 4-year degree preferred, and familiarity with BW, Salesforce, PowerBI, and Microsoft Office. Travel is expected as needed in-state and out-of-state.

Qualifications

• 4-year college degree preferred.
• 3 years of sales experience in industrial products or related complex commercial product sales.
• Understanding and knowledge of IT Business systems (BW, Salesforce.com, Tool Commerce) and Microsoft Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Willingness to travel both in and out of state desired.
• This person will focus in Gainesville, Jacksonville and/or Orlando.

Responsibilities

• Manage and lead all elements of the region and its sales growth.
• Develop and execute strategic plans using marketing programs and field resources.
• Establish relationships with top accounts and key personnel; call on dealers.
• Drive sell-through across brands and units; manage budgets to drive profitability.
• Utilize Salesforce and PowerBI to drive efficiencies.
• Drive sell-through across all SBDK brands and strategic business units.
• Provide support to dealers on product knowledge, end user work, event marketing and merchandising.
• Utilize systems such as Salesforce and PowerBI to drive efficiencies.
• Effectively manage budgets (T&E, Targeted Funds, Demo Tool, etc.) to drive profitability.
