Job summary

ABB is seeking an Account Manager - C&I to lead sales of low and medium voltage electrical equipment across the El Paso–Albuquerque Trade Areas. The role targets growth in orders, revenue, profitability, and market share, while ensuring customer satisfaction and identifying new opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (or GED with extensive sales experience) and 5+ years of sales experience.
• Experience selling to electrical contractors (commercial/industrial/residential).
• Knowledge of ABB products and electrical industry.
• Strong technical application, take-off, and proposal skills.
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills with customer focus.

Responsibilities

• Sell ABB low and medium voltage equipment within El Paso–Albuquerque Trade Areas per division strategy.
• Achieve qualitative and quantitative sales targets for order growth, revenues, profitability, market share, and customer satisfaction.
• Identify and develop new sales opportunities and drive market development in the territory.
• Support cash collection and project management activities as needed; manage sales administrative procedures.
