SilverAssist is seeking an experienced Account Manager for In-Home Care to serve as the strategic partner for a portfolio of home care agencies. You will drive conversion, improve partner satisfaction, and expand product utilization while coaching partners on performance and negotiating contracts.

The role requires strong negotiation, data-driven decision making, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams; travel as needed and a remote work opportunity are supported.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of professional experience, or 10+ years of relevant experience in lieu of degree.
• Experience in strategic partner management and/or partner operations.
• Experience negotiating contracts with large corporate clients.
• Strong technology skills (Excel, PowerPoint, CRM such as HubSpot) with familiarity in BI tools (Looker, PowerBI, Tableau).

Responsabilités

• Manage a portfolio of home care agency accounts, from small to large corporate clients.
• Drive lead conversion, increase satisfaction, and expand product utilization.
• Coach partners on performance and negotiate contracts to secure renewals.
• Monitor account performance using data-driven insights and report on metrics.
• Deliver trainings and webinars on Caring tools to maximize referrals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create scalable solutions.
• Occasionally manage remote contract workers and travel as needed.
