SilverAssist is seeking a results-driven Account Executive to accelerate new partner acquisition and revenue growth in the in-home care space. This role owns the full sales cycle from prospecting to onboarding, targeting independent to national home care agencies.

You will build relationships with agency owners and executives, negotiate contracts, and collaborate with marketing and operations to launch promptly. Remote work option and competitive comp are offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 5+ years in relevant sales experience.
• Proven success in new-business development and meeting quotas.
• Experience selling to home care or healthcare organizations.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Responsabilités

• Prospect and acquire new home care agency partners across markets.
• Manage outbound outreach, discovery, proposals, negotiations, and contracting.
• Position SilverAssist solutions to generate leads and grow partner revenue.
• Develop multi-location sales opportunities with agency owners and executives.
• Maintain an active, qualified pipeline and use CRM data to forecast next steps.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth onboarding.
