Job summary

Amgen is seeking an Account Manager/Specialty Account Manager in the United States to represent Amgen products to physicians and healthcare professionals. You will drive product sales, manage a total territory, and provide disease information and education to medical professionals involved in patient care.

You will leverage a consultative, data-driven approach in a matrix environment with cross-functional partners, including Medical Affairs and Patient Access, to meet territory goals and ensure

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or higher with 3 years pharma/biotech or hospital sales experience (or equivalent combinations).
• Experience in a matrix environment with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to travel 20-30% across territory, including overnight stays.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and strong presentation abilities.

Responsibilities

• Represent Amgen products to physicians and healthcare professionals; establish product sales and total territory account management.
• Educate medical professionals with disease information and product education.
