Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher with relevant sales experience in pharma/biotech or medical device sectors.
• Experience in account management and working in matrix environments is preferred.
• Strong communication, coordination, and relationship-building skills across cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Represent Amgen products to physicians and healthcare professionals and establish product sales.
• Develop and execute territory business plans to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Collaborate with Medical Affairs, Patient Access, and other partners to address knowledge gaps and patient needs.
• Navigate complex healthcare landscapes including IDNs, academic centers, and private practices.
• Maintain in-depth therapeutic knowledge and ensure compliant, documentation-heavy outreach.
