Job summary

Guidebook is seeking an Account Manager to own and grow a portfolio of higher education customers. You will renew, expand, and find the next department and budget holder inside institutions that already know us. You will report to the President and collaborate with marketing, customer success, product, and the new business team.

You should love owning a number, building relationships in complex institutions, and having visibility from day one in a nimble, remote team.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of B2B sales experience, ideally SaaS.
• Ability to build pipeline and hit quota.
• Comfort with forecasting and pipeline management.
• Strategic hunter who grows accounts and generates new business.

Responsibilities

• Renew and grow portfolio of higher education customers.
• Run renewal and expansion calls with accurate forecast.
• Identify expansion opportunities across books and build plans.
• Be on the road for campus events and industry gatherings 1–2 months.
