Job summary

MarketStar seeks an Account Manager to support the growing team in Utah. The role focuses on managing existing customers, identifying opportunities to improve experience, and effectively upselling. Location: Utah (Remote).

You will lead outreach, increase product usage, and manage pipelines with weekly forecasts to achieve targets. Strong relationship skills and data-driven decision making are essential.

Qualifications

• Strong time and project management skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and/or Google Suites.
• Demonstrated ability to build relationships.
• Strong written and verbal presentation skills.
• Experience with setting and exceeding sales goals.
• Able to multi-task, manage time effectively and adapt to change.
• Able to analyze and interpret data to develop and implement strategic plans is preferred.
• Previous experience with account management or prior experience in sales or technology preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead a customer outreach process with calls and emails to build and manage external relationships.
• Work with existing customers to increase usage and spend.
• Use training resources to stay up to date on product knowledge.
• Use data to manage, review and report on pipeline weekly, including forecasts and plans to hit targets.
• Achieve daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly targets.
• Record customer interactions in CRM.
• Build and manage internal MarketStar teams and external client relationships.
• Prepare and run performance reviews with internal peers and leadership.
