MarketStar is seeking an Account Manager in Salt Lake City, UT on a hybrid schedule. You will manage existing customer relationships, upsell opportunities, and use data to drive pipeline planning and forecasting.

You’ll conduct regular reviews with internal teams and clients, while maintaining accurate CRM records. The role requires strong relationship-building, communication, and the ability to meet sales targets.

• Experience in achieving sales goals
• Analytical skills to interpret data for planning
• Experience with account management or sales/tech preferred

Responsabilités

• Lead customer outreach via calls and emails to manage relationships
• Work with existing customers to increase usage and spend
• Use data to manage, review and report on pipeline with weekly forecasts
• Prepare and run performance reviews monthly/quarterly/yearly
• Record interactions in CRM and manage internal/external relationships
• Provide customer sentiment insights and product feedback
