Vomela Company in the United States is seeking an Account Manager to drive adoption, retention, and growth for mid-sized accounts, acting as trusted advisor to maximize client value.

You will manage customer lifecycles, monitor health metrics, and collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations to deliver tailored solutions and measurable outcomes for our printing and visual communications services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business, marketing, or communications.
• 3+ years in customer success, account management, or client relations in printing/manufacturing preferred.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills with ability to build trust.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for medium and small-value accounts.
• Proactively engage with clients to ensure adoption and utilization of Vomela’s solutions.
• Own customer lifecycle management and provide strategic guidance.
• Monitor customer health indicators and implement retention strategies.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations to align on client strategies.
• Identify new opportunities and upsell/cross-sell to grow the portfolio.
