Job summary

Vomela, a full-service visual communications company, is seeking an Account Manager to strengthen adoption, retention, and growth for medium and small-value accounts. You will manage relationships, address challenges, and drive engagement to maximize client satisfaction.

As part of Vomela's team, you will collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations to deliver tailored brand solutions. A Bachelor's degree and 3+ years in customer success or account management are preferred, with remote work

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or Communications, or equivalent.
• 3+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or client relations, ideally in the printing or manufacturing industry.
• Knowledge of large-format printing, custom graphics, and production workflows is a plus.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to build trust, drive engagement, and manage multiple accounts.
• Proficiency in CRM platforms (e.g. SFDC, HubSpot) and customer success management tools.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for medium and small-value accounts, providing personalized attention and support.
• Proactively engage with clients to ensure adoption and utilization of Vomela’s solutions.
• Own customer lifecycle management and provide strategic guidance.
• Monitor customer health indicators and implement retention strategies.
• Manage relationships with key stakeholders to understand goals and challenges.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing and operations to align client strategies and timelines.
• Track, measure, and report on customer success metrics.
