The Vomela Companies is seeking an Account Manager to safeguard adoption, retention, and growth for a portfolio of medium and small value accounts. You will manage ongoing client relationships, proactively address challenges, and drive engagement to maximize satisfaction with Vomela’s printing solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or Communications or equivalent.
• 3+ years in customer success, account management, or client relations.
• Experience in printing or manufacturing is a plus.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills; ability to build trust.
• Proficient with CRM platforms (SFDC, HubSpot) and related tools.
