Job summary

Acro Service Corporation seeks an Account Manager to grow placements across assigned accounts by delivering excellent service and building strong client relationships. You will partner with Acro's recruiting team to stay on top of job requirements and candidate pipelines.

The role emphasizes client outcomes, reporting, and expanding Acro's MSP and IT service offerings. Remote work from a home office is acceptable with in-person client meetings as needed.

Qualifications

• At least 7 years of experience in the staffing industry.
• At least 5 years in a client-facing role managing accounts.
• Experience selling and placing professional roles (Engineering, IT, Finance & Accounting, Administrative, Manufacturing).
• Government sector sales experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive growth by managing client accounts, meeting metrics, and delivering excellent service.
• Collaborate with recruiting to review candidate pipelines and job status.
• Coach candidates through interviews and share feedback with clients.
• Prepare monthly performance reports and recommend improvements to placements.
• Build relationships with client and MSP counterparts to generate referrals and expand accounts.
• Attend client meetings to understand needs and resolve issues promptly.
