Job summary

dsm-firmenich is seeking an Account Manager for Fresh Dairy & Plant Based products based in the US with remote work flexibility. You will develop and manage sales to Food & Beverage customers, create action plans, and drive revenue while maintaining strong customer relationships.

Ideal candidates have 5–8 years in B2B sales, strong presentation skills, and experience with CRM platforms. Travel up to 50% domestically is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; preferably in Dairy Science, Food Science, Food Technology, or related discipline.
• 5-8 years of experience in sales, business development, and/or account management in B2B.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% – primarily domestic travel.
• Strong ability to communicate with cross-functional teams to drive sales and influence stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage sales of dsm-firmenich products to Food & Beverage customers achieving budgets in volume, price and profitability.
• Develop and implement customer action plans and forecast for assigned territory.
• Quote pricing and develop commercial proposals aligned with strategy; manage sales pipeline in CRM.
• Deliver presentations to improve customer knowledge of products and support branding efforts.
• Identify growth opportunities through market trend analysis and cross-functional collaboration.
