Job summary

HRB is seeking an Account Manager to serve customers across Kentucky and surrounding states. This role is fully remote with occasional field visits, requiring strong sales skills, technical aptitude, and a customer-first approach to grow revenue in fluid-system products.

You will partner with Engineering, Production, Inside Sales and Customer Service to deliver solutions, build territory plans, present technical applications, and identify value and cost-saving initiatives that lower customers’

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering preferred.
• 1–5 years of sales, business development, or marketing experience preferred.
• Technical experience in engineering or related fields preferred.
• Proficiency with MS Office required.
• Knowledge of fluid system components preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop significant revenue and drive growth by executing on key strategic sales initiatives including: Fabrication Services, New Products, Service, and Core Products.
• Establish relationships with key decision makers and influencers within the customer base and develop a strong working knowledge of their processes, applications, and business model.
• Develop and maintain territory and account plans that are aligned with the company’s strategic plan.
• Prepare and deliver technical (application and product) presentations to audiences that consist of executives and engineers.
• Able to create and demonstrate a competitive distinction by identifying and implementing value and cost saving initiatives designed to lower the customers’ TCO.
• Territory: Bowling Green KY to Columbus, IN and Brandenberg, KY to Shelbyville, KY.
