Job summary

Motion Industries seeks an Account Specialist-Fluid Power to directly engage customers with a technical focus on fluid power products. You will develop and implement sales strategies, identify potential customers, and nurture existing relationships to meet product and sales goals.

The role emphasizes product demonstrations, bids, proposals, and coordinating with the Branch Manager on planning. A driver's license is required for in-person activities, with remote collaboration across the USA.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of industrial products: power transmission, hydraulic, pneumatic and mill supply.
• Knowledge of supply chain systems.
• Moderate computer skills, including basic email use and MS Excel.

Responsibilities

• Sells directly to customers through face-to-face interactions to build relationships.
• Assesses customer needs and suggests suitable products and solutions.
• Generates new business and repeats sales by developing sales strategies and managing relationships.
