Boyd is seeking an enthusiastic Account Manager to join our Engineered Materials Sales team, working from a home office. You will cultivate existing customer relationships and proactively pursue new opportunities to help double the business in three years.

Reporting to the Data Center VP of Sales, you will engage with engineers and purchasing to define product requirements, manage quotations, and track opportunities in Salesforce.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or related field.
• 1-3 years in technical account management or program management.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel, including possibly internationally.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage relationships with existing customers to drive growth.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through hunting.
• Coordinate with engineering and purchasing to define product requirements.
• Lead quotation processes with sales ops and pricing to maximize revenue and gross margin.
• Monitor Salesforce CRM to track opportunities and progress.
