Job summary

Essity is seeking an Account Manager - Distributor Enablement Specialist to cover Massachusetts and New Hampshire with remote work. You will develop relationships with distribution partners, negotiate deals, and execute joint business plans while driving profitable growth across multiple segments.

The role requires 3–5 years of sales and 2–3 years of account management experience, CRM proficiency (Microsoft Dynamics preferred), and strong communication and negotiation skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales or Marketing.
• 3–5 years of sales experience; 2–3 years of account management.
• CRM systems experience (Microsoft Dynamics preferred).
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation and sales skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan and develop strong relationships with distribution partners to drive profitable growth.
• Negotiate with distribution partners and create joint distribution business plans.
• Translate sales plans into activities by customer/account and monitor progress.
• Build strong distribution partnerships and execute against goals.
• Provide hygienic solutions to partners and end customers to drive growth.
• Develop and manage pipeline using CRM and Essity tools.
