Job summary

Vomela, a full-service visual communications company, seeks a Sales Consultant to own strategic client accounts and drive long-term revenue growth. You will act as a consultative advisor, building relationships and identifying opportunities through cross-selling and upselling.

In this role you will manage top-tier accounts, conduct regular business reviews, coordinate with sales and operations, and lead contract renewals to ensure continued success and profitability for Vomela and its clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or Sales or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in account management, consultative sales, or B2B client relations.
• Proficiency with SFDC and HubSpot for tracking leads and managing pipeline.
• Understanding of large-format printing or production processes is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for top tier client accounts, ensuring seamless transitions for new logos where applicable.
• Build strong, trusted relationships with key stakeholders as a strategic consultant.
• Maintain a deep understanding of client needs, challenges, and business objectives.
• Provide proactive recommendations and new solutions to add value and drive engagement.
• Negotiate contract renewals and expansion deals to ensure profitability and client success.
