Qualifications

• 2+ years of agency recruiting experience.
• Experience managing client and candidate relationships (a full desk).
• Comfort building relationships and developing new business.
• A track record of building a pipeline and making placements.
• Experience in construction, engineering, or a related technical field is a strong plus.
