Job summary

Diamond Peak Recruiting places top management-level talent with leading Mechanical, Electrical, and Commercial construction firms across the country. The recruiter role focuses on the candidate side of the business, building relationships and maintaining strong pipelines for high-priority searches.

You will identify and reach out to management-level candidates, conduct structured phone prescreens, assess fit, and guide candidates forward.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of agency recruiting experience (preferred).
• Track record of hitting billing or revenue targets.
• Experience placing mid-to-senior-level professionals.
• Genuine comfort talking with senior industry leaders.

Responsibilities

• Identify and reach out to management-level candidates.
• Run outreach across phone, LinkedIn, and email.
• Conduct structured phone prescreens.
• Assess fit and guide strong candidates forward.
• Keep your pipeline active and candidates moving toward interviews.
