This full-time, remote role reports to the Director of Regional Sales; candidates must be located in the Eastern or Central Time Zones. Travel may be required; salary is $60,000–$70,000 with uncapped incentives.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in account management or customer-facing roles.
• Strong relationship-building and client-focused mindset.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to learn SaaS products quickly.
• Proficient with Word, Excel, PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain client relationships and ensure high satisfaction.
• Develop and execute strategic account plans to grow revenue.
• Identify retention risks early and address concerns.
• Serve as primary contact for inquiries and issue resolution.
• Use data to reinforce product value and overcome objections.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Customer Care.
• Advocate for clients and communicate feedback internally.
• Provide training and onboarding support on product usage.
• Meet retention, renewal, upsell, and engagement KPIs.
• Document interactions in CRM accurately.
• Stay updated on products, industry trends, and best practices.
