This role requires an active P&C license, excellent client service, and strong insurance brokerage knowledge. It offers a hybrid work arrangement with California-based eligibility and occasional on-site work near branch locations in PT hours.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of account management experience or 5+ years in the insurance industry.
• Thorough knowledge of insurance brokerage and client needs.
• Active licensing; CIC or equivalent designation preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Exceptional customer service, communication, multitasking, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned book of business, ensuring account retention and supporting new business.
• Coordinate day-to-day administrative and customer service activities.
• Resolve complex issues and ensure no errors or omissions.
• Maintain policy expirations and renewals.
• Conduct client research, prepare submissions, negotiate coverages, and present proposals.
