Qualifications

• 3+ years of account management experience, or 5+ years in the insurance industry.
• Active P&C license is required; CIC or equivalent designation preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Exceptional customer service, communication, multitasking, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)

Responsibilities

• Manage an assigned book of business, ensuring account retention and supporting new business.
• Coordinate day-to-day administrative and customer service activities, resolving complex issues, and ensuring no errors or omissions.
• Direct daily activities of the account management team and maintain agency management systems.
• Handle policy administration, billing, claims, and coverage analysis; manage expirations and renewals.
• Conduct client submissions, negotiate coverages, present proposals, and monitor delinquent accounts.
