Qualifications

• Active P&C license required; CIC or equivalent preferred

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned book of business, ensure retention and support new business
• Coordinate day-to-day administrative and customer service activities
• Resolve complex issues with accuracy and timely responses
• Renewals: track expirations, negotiate coverages, present proposals
• Oversee billing, claims handling, and coverage analysis
• Maintain agency management systems and data integrity
• Communicate workload status and issues clearly with the team
• Deliver proactive service and ensure compliance with policies
