Qualifications

• Active P&C license; CIC or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned book of business, ensure retention and growth.
• Coordinate daily admin and customer service, resolve issues.
• Handle policy administration, billing, claims, coverage analysis.
• Monitor expirations and renewals, prepare submissions.
• Negotiate coverages and present proposals to clients.
• Track delinquent accounts and collect balances.
• Maintain agency systems and data accuracy.
• Communicate workload status with the team regularly.
• Deliver proactive, high-quality service and adhere to policies.
• Seek continuous improvement and uphold IOA values.
