The role requires 3-5 years in account management, active property & casualty licensing (CIC preferred), strong analytical and customer service skills, and proficiency with MS Office. Hybrid or fully remote options are available.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of account management experience or 5+ years in insurance.
• Strong knowledge of insurance brokerage and client needs.
• Active property and casualty licensing; CIC or equivalent preferred.
• Analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent customer service, communication, multitasking, and organization.
• MS Office proficiency (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Manage an assigned book of business, ensuring account retention and supporting new business.
• Coordinate day-to-day administrative and customer service activities, resolving complex issues, and ensuring no errors or omissions.
• Maintain agency management systems and carrier/vendor platforms, ensuring data accuracy and completeness.
• Monitor delinquent accounts, collect outstanding balances, and report on AR.
• Collaborate with team to deliver proactive service and renewal proposals.
