Job summary

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in account management or 5+ years in insurance, with an active P&C license. Hybrid/remote work options are available, with some on-site requirements in certain situations.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of account management experience or 5+ years in the insurance industry.
• Thorough knowledge of insurance brokerage and client needs.
• Active property & casualty (P&C) licensing; CIC or equivalent preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Exceptional customer service, communication, multitasking, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• High School Diploma (or equivalent).

Responsibilities

• Manage an assigned book of business, ensuring account retention and supporting new business.
• Coordinate day-to-day administrative and customer service activities, resolving complex issues, and ensuring no errors or omissions.
• Policy expirations and renewals management; renewals process and client submissions.
• Maintain agency management systems and carrier/vendor platforms with accurate data.
