Job summary

Insurance Office of America is seeking an Account Manager for Commercial Lines. The role supports retention and growth of a book of business, coordinating administrative and customer service activities across policy administration, billing, and claims.

The candidate should have 3–5 years in account management or 5+ years in insurance, with an active P&C license; CIC is a plus. Hybrid work is preferred, with 1 day in NY offices and fully remote options for those in certain time zones.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of account management experience or 5+ years in insurance.
• Thorough knowledge of insurance brokerage and client needs.
• Active property & casualty (P&C) license is required; CIC or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage an assigned book of business to retain accounts and support new business.
• Coordinate day-to-day administrative and customer service activities.
• Handle policy administration, billing, claims and coverage analysis.
