Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage an assigned book of business, focusing on retention and new business.
• Coordinate day-to-day administrative and customer service activities.
• Handle policy administration, billing, claims, and coverage analysis.
• Manage policy expirations and renewals; conduct client research and present proposals.
• Monitor delinquent accounts and assist with collections.
