Job summary

Insurance Office of America (IOA) is seeking an Account Manager - Commercial Lines to manage a designated book, retain clients, and support new business. You will lead day-to-day account management activities, resolve complex issues, and ensure policy accuracy and timely renewals.

The role requires 3–5 years in account management and active P&C license, with strong communication and analytical skills. Hybrid/remote options and generous benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of account management experience or 5+ years in the insurance industry.
• Thorough knowledge of insurance brokerage and client needs.
• Active property & casualty (P&C) licensing; CIC or equivalent preferred.
