Qualifications

• 3-5 years of account management experience, or 5+ years in insurance.
• Strong knowledge of insurance brokerage and client needs.
• Active property & casualty licensing (P&C). CIC preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage an assigned book of business to ensure retention and support new business.
• Coordinate administrative and customer service activities.
• Resolve complex issues with accuracy and timeliness.
• Monitor expirations and renewals.
• Prepare submissions and negotiate coverages for renewals.
• Oversee accounts receivable and collect outstanding balances.
• Maintain agency systems and carrier/vendor platforms.
• Communicate workload status with the account team.
• Seek best practices to improve performance.
• Demonstrate integrity and leadership.
