This role involves coordinating daily administrative tasks, handling policy administration, billing, claims, and coverage analysis while maintaining strong client relationships.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of account management experience in insurance, active P&C license (CIC preferred), and proficiency with MS Office.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of account management experience in insurance or related field.
• Active property & casualty license required; CIC or equivalent designation preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage an assigned book of business, ensuring account retention and supporting new business.
