Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of account management experience or 5+ years in insurance.
• Active P&C license required; CIC or equivalent designation preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned book of business and ensure retention.
• Coordinate day-to-day administrative and service activities.
• Handle policy administration, billing, claims, and coverage analysis.
• Renewals management and client submissions.
• Monitor delinquent accounts and support collections.
• Maintain agency systems and carrier/vendor data.
