Qualifications

• 3-5 years of account management experience, or 5+ years in the insurance industry
• Active property & casualty (P&C) licensing is required; professional designation (CIC or equivalent) preferred
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills are essential
• Exceptional customer service, communication, multitasking, and organizational skills required
• Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and ability to manage data accurately

Responsibilities

• Manage an assigned book of business, ensuring retention and supporting new business
• Coordinate day-to-day admin and customer service activities, resolving complex issues
• Lead the account management team in daily activities and performance
• Monitor renewals, expirations, and client submissions for proposals
• Maintain agency management systems and data accuracy across carrier platforms
• Ensure timely communication and collaboration with the account team
