• Strong customer service, organization, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage an assigned book of business, ensuring retention and supporting new business.
• Coordinate day-to-day administrative and customer service activities; resolve complex issues with accuracy.
• Renewal management: track expirations, prepare submissions, negotiate coverages, and present proposals.
