The ideal candidate holds a P&C license (CIC preferred) and has 3–5 years in account management, with strong analytical and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Active property & casualty (P&C) license required.
• 5+ years account management experience preferred.
• Professional designation CIC or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage an assigned book of business and ensure retention.
• Coordinate day-to-day administrative and customer service activities.
• Resolve complex issues with accurate policy administration and billing.
• Renewals: conduct client research, submit proposals, and negotiate coverages.
• Monitor accounts receivable and collect outstanding balances.
• Maintain agency management systems and carrier/vendor platforms.
• Provide timely, transparent communication with the account team.
