Qualifications

• 3-5 years of account management experience or 5+ years in the insurance industry.
• Active property and casualty licensing is required; CIC or equivalent preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office with excellent client service abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage an assigned book of business, ensuring account retention and supporting new business.
• Coordinate day-to-day administrative and customer service activities.
• Resolve complex issues and ensure data accuracy and completeness.
• Maintain policy management, renewals, and carrier communications.
• Lead the account management team and monitor performance.
