Job summary

Insurance Office of America is seeking an Account Manager - Commercial Lines to oversee a book of business and drive client retention. This hybrid role combines on-site collaboration with remote work options across time zones.

You will lead a small team, handle policy administration, renewals, and client inquiries, and coordinate with carriers to secure optimal coverages. A current P&C license is required; CIC preferred.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in account management or 5+ years in insurance
• Active property & casualty license required; CIC or equivalent preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Proficiency with MS Office and data analysis

Responsibilities

• Manage an assigned book of business, focusing on retention and growth.
• Coordinate day-to-day administrative and customer service activities.
• Resolve complex issues and ensure accuracy of policy data.
• Renewals, billing, claims handling and coverage analysis.
