Qualifications

• 3–5 years of account management experience, or 5+ years in the insurance industry.
• Active property & casualty (P&C) license is required; CIC or equivalent preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent customer service, communication, multitasking, and organizational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage an assigned book of business, ensuring retention and supporting new business.
• Coordinate day-to-day administrative and customer service activities to resolve complex issues with zero errors.
• Handle policy administration, billing, claims, and coverage analysis; manage expirations and renewals.
• Lead renewal submissions, negotiate coverages, and present proposals to clients.
• Monitor delinquent accounts and collect outstanding balances; ensure data accuracy in agency systems.
