The role requires active P&C licensing (CIC preferred) and 3–5 years in account management or 5+ years in insurance, with strong customer service and analytical skills. Hybrid schedule available with remote options for Eastern/Central Time Zones.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of account management experience, or 5+ years in the insurance industry.
• Active property & casualty licensing; CIC or equivalent preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent customer service, communication, multitasking, and organizational abilities.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• High School Diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Manage an assigned book of business focusing on retention and new business.
• Coordinate day-to-day administrative and customer service activities.
• Renewals: policy expirations, submissions, negotiations, and proposals.
• Monitor accounts receivable and collect outstanding balances.
• Maintain agency management systems and carrier/vendor platforms.
• Provide timely, accurate service and effective communication with the account team.
• Demonstrate integrity and leadership consistent with IOA values.
